We as a business are continuing as usual but of course monitoring the daily Government announcements.
Our clients and staff’s health and wellbeing is of upmost importance to us.
The government have advised the public to minimise social contact by avoiding large gatherings, and gatherings in smaller public spaces such as pubs, cinemas, restaurants, theatres, bars, club.
Our events are outdoors, therefore exposed to sunlight which helps to kill the virus plus under most circumstances, the amount of infectious virus on any contaminated surfaces is likely to have decreased significantly by 72 hours there are over 7 days between each event which means that the virus could not survive on any of our equipment and marquees. We want to reassure you that Peak Marquee Hire is taking every precaution with our equipment and marquees, making sure that each surface that comes into human contact is wiped and cleaned with antibacterial spray and providing our staff with gloves to erect the marquees.
We have contacted our external suppliers to ask about their procedures and contingency plans and feel confident in their ability and commitment to make each of our events run as smoothly as possible.
Due to the ever-changing Government information we are encouraging our clients to delay making any decisions on their events beyond May. Let’s stay calm and take each day as it comes, enjoy the planning and if you do have to postpone well at least everything will be done!
